Venue Rental

Whether your budget is over the top with a high-end planner and large floral arrangements, or it is moderate, we at El Sueño can't wait to be a part of making your dream wedding a reality. For your convenience, there is no food and beverage minimum, guest count minimum, or china requirement.

 

And when you rent the venue, you have exclusive use for your ceremony and/or reception.

Friday

Friday 12:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.

Peak Season (May-October): $4,000 + taxes 

Off-Peak Season (November-April): $3,500 + taxes 

Holidays: $4,500 + taxes

Saturday

Saturday 12:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.

Peak Season (May-October): $5,000 + taxes 

Off-Peak Season (November-April): $4,500 + taxes

Holidays: $5,500 + taxes

Sunday

Sunday 12:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

Two  Day  Rental

Add Thursday from 3:00-9:00 p.m. to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee. You can decorate, rehearse, and have your rehearsal dinner onsite. 

Please note that we require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with El Sueño Bed and Breakfast listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. The approximate insurance cost is $250 (non-alcohol event) or $500 (alcohol event).

 
Front Venue

Our smaller front venue. Holds up to 75.

  • Exclusive access to the venue and 11-acre property

  • Two outdoor ceremony locations, with a choice between the front patio overlooking the Capitan Mountains with chairs (up to 75 people) or the back venue overlooking Sierra Blanca with a tent rental option

  • 360-degree views of the mountains, providing Pinterest worthy photo opportunities

  • Authentic 1890s bar in the Lodge Room

  • Use of our fireplaces (one indoor and one outdoor)  including wood

  • El Sueño team members onsite throughout the event to assist in any way needed

  • Tables and chairs (up to 150)

  • Bridal party dressing area

  • Free parking area with lights

  • Indoor bathrooms (one is wheelchair accessible)

  • Use of kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, two prep tables, two ovens, and a long granite countertop

  • Access to our preferred vendor list for food, alcohol, photographers, florists, and DJs/local musicians

  • Transparent pricing. Our only additional optional fees are related to tent rental and valets, and we do require event insurance.
