Two Day Rental
Add the Thursday before any Friday rental from 3:00-9:00 p.m. to your rental for a $1,000 rental fee. You can decorate, rehearse, and have your rehearsal dinner onsite.

Please note that we require an event insurance policy with El Sueño Bed and Breakfast listed as the additional insured to be returned within 60 days of your event. The approximate insurance cost is $250 (non-alcohol event) or $500 (alcohol event).In addition, if alcohol is to be served, you are required to hire 1 licensed and bonded security guard for each 75 guests.
